About the role:
Reporting to the CIO & CTO in Sydney, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This hands on full-time position will work closely with the wider hardware and software team.
Essential Skills and Experience.
- Experience in creating and managing plans for project deployment
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Coordinate internal resources and external resources and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to report on progression and project status
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget
- Demonstrated experience with varied IT project types, such as Microsoft cloud technologies, infrastructure, document management systems and software deployments
- Excellent documentation and time management
- Industry certified
- Professional services experience
Key accountabilities
- Allocates resources, create and manage project plans and schedules
- Monitor overall activities and tasks
- Perform risk management to minimise project risk
- Tracking project progress
- Reporting to the CTO, CIO and Project Control Group
Desirable
- Experience in a law firm environment
